Group Classes

Trio Circuit

Get LOTS of individual attention while enjoying the fun and affordability of a small group class. Rotate through the equipment and perform the versions of each exercise that best supports your unique goals.

We’ll focus on using Pilates to build strength, improve your mindbody awareness, and find ease of movement. Pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise will be integrated when appropriate.

Level 1 classes are suitable for most and include instruction on exercises, anatomy, DIY massage, and body mechanics. Progress to faster paced Level 2 classes when you’ve achieved a foundational knowledge of the exercises and your personal modifications.

Initial assessment must be completed before first class. Out of respect for the most vulnerable in our community, masks are encouraged in all group classes.

Current Trio Circuit schedule (all Level 1):

Mondays – 9:30am

Tuesdays – 12:15pm

Wednesdays – 4:30pm

Thursdays – Noon

New classes added when there are two people interested in the same time slot. Feel free to reach out with a time you’re looking for!
