Pilates

Pilates is a movement practice developed by Joseph Pilates in collaboration with his wife, Clara. It brings strength, health, and resiliency to bodies of all ages. Pilates is often associated with the equipment Joe designed and built for his clients, but you can easily practice it anywhere with a few props or just a mat.

In person sessions take place at our beautiful studio in downtown Oak Park, IL. You’ll utilize the Reformer, Tower, Step Barrel, Combo Chair, CoreAlign®, and more to get the most out of the Pilates repertoire.

Virtual sessions also available! For virtual Pilates training, all you need is a phone, tablet, or computer that can handle video calls. You’ll get real-time feedback so you know you’re working effectively and can ask questions as they come up.
