Prenatal Pilates + Corrective Exercise

Growing little humans is hard work! Once they arrive, taking care of yourself gets pushed down the list of priorities. Exercise may be the only thing keeping you going or the last thing on your mind. Either way, it’s vital to take the time to prepare yourself for the marathon of birthing and raising babies.

Regular exercise while pregnant can:

You’ll learn how to minimize the negative impact of pregnancy on your posture and work on becoming as strong as possible before baby arrives. We’ll create a safe space to listen to your changing body and lay the groundwork for a practice of caring for yourself through the years ahead.

  • Decreasing stress on your pelvic floor
